Description

Manage on-site robotic system operations and resolve technical issues involving software, robotics, and mechanical structures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve day-to-day system, bot, and structural issues to minimize operational interruptions.
• Execute engineering-recommended upgrades, reworks, and system improvements.
• Communicate technical status and system feedback to Support and Operations teams.
• Maintain electro-mechanical tools and spare parts inventory in good condition.
• Complete quality checklists and implement support team recommendations during planned downtime.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of electro-mechanical technician experience.
• Proficiency with Linux and command line interfaces.
• Experience with SQL, XML, and Java.
• Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds.
• Capacity to climb ladders and gangways safely.
• Ability to work flexible shift schedules including weekends and holidays.
• Physical capability for regular bending, stretching, and reaching.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of working experience in related technical fields.
