Description

You will design, build, and maintain automated solutions for R&D processes using the Automation Anywhere Enterprise platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business requirements, RPA solutions, test scripts, and results.
• Develop RPA solutions following COE design best practices.
• Redesign processes to optimize them for automation.
• Maintain and support existing production solutions with controlled changes.
• Collaborate with customers for testing and communicate development updates.

Required Skills

• 1-3 years of experience with RPA technology (Automation Anywhere Enterprise, Pegasystems, or Blue Prism).
• BA/BS degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience in business analysis, business process re-engineering, and process diagramming.
• Proficiency in workflow-based logic and conceptualizing business processes as automated solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Optiva, SAP, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management abilities.
• Effective oral and written communication skills for presenting technical updates.
