You will design and implement intelligent automation solutions using RPA and agentic AI to optimize business operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to map business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Design and optimize process flows using RPA and intelligent automation techniques.
• Build and deploy AI agents capable of handling complex tasks and interacting dynamically with systems.
• Analyze automation data to identify patterns and improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in automation or related fields.
• Proficiency with RPA tools including UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
• Experience with workflow automation and intelligent automation systems.
• Knowledge of autonomous agents and self-learning AI models.
• Experience integrating AI models into RPA workflows and orchestrating multi-agent systems.
• Familiarity with process mining and business process automation (BPA).
• Understanding of AI-driven decision support systems.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
