Description

You will act as a design authority for robotic simulation and technology configuration within the Robotics & Discrete Automation division.

Responsibilities

• Plan and arrange robot team activities and project assignments.
• Manage project robot simulation and technology configuration.
• Explain technical descriptions to sub-suppliers to ensure project alignment.
• Support site installation, robot programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• Execute OLP loading and frame calibration.
• Collaborate with customers to shape solutions and implement feedback for continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of experience specifically working on BIW projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience in designing, manufacturing, and robot applications.
• Strong knowledge of automation and robotics applications.
• Experience with automotive industry standards and requirements.
• Ability to manage assignments across multiple projects in accordance with quality and safety standards.
• Proficiency in technical communication and solution-focused problem solving.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Special Purpose Machines (SPMs).
• Background in factory automation environments.
