Description

You will set up, configure, and execute robot motions for production operations on the shop floor.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage physical tooling, end-effectors, and robot calibration to ensure operational precision.
• Develop, modify, and optimize robot motion programs and specialized robotic applications using Python.
• Coordinate robot behavior with vision systems and AI/decision-layer outputs for seamless integration.
• Implement fault handling, error recovery, and safety mechanisms to minimize downtime.
• Monitor robot performance and continuously improve accuracy, speed, and reliability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in robotics, industrial automation, or robotic system integration.
• Strong programming experience with Python for robotics or automation applications.
• Hands-on experience with industrial robots and collaborative robots (Cobots).
• Proficiency in robot motion programming, calibration, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with sensor integration, vision systems, and robotic control systems.
• Experience working in manufacturing or production shop-floor environments.
• B.Tech degree in Engineering or related field.

• Experience collaborating with AI and automation teams for system integration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
