Roles and Responsibilities:

Development

• Develop bots and workflows using Automation Anywhere A360.
• Build reusable automation components and frameworks.
• Implement exception handling, logging, monitoring, and audit controls.
• Develop integrations with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms.

AI & Agentic Automation

• Participate in implementation of Agentic Process Automation solutions.
• Integrate automation workflows with AI services and enterprise copilots.
• Support document intelligence, OCR, and intelligent document processing initiatives.
• Contribute to development of AI-assisted automation use cases.

Delivery Support

• Participate in requirements analysis and solution design discussions.
• Support SIT, UAT, production deployment, and hypercare activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge transfer activities.

Skills Required:

• 3-8 years overall IT experience.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on Automation Anywhere A360 experience.
• Experience with:
  • Control Room
  • Bot Creator
  • Automation Workspace
  • Workflow Development
• Strong understanding of automation development best practices.
• Knowledge of SQL, APIs, JSON, XML, and data processing.
• Experience with exception handling, logging, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• IQ Bot, Document Automation, and Bot Insight.
• Exposure to Agentic Automation and Generative AI concepts.
• Python, JavaScript, .NET, or Java programming knowledge.
• Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional certification.

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Robotics, Automation Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
