Description

You will develop and maintain robotic process automation solutions using Automation Anywhere A360, integrating AI capabilities into enterprise workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop bots and workflows using Automation Anywhere A360, including Control Room, Bot Creator, and Automation Workspace.
• Build reusable automation components and frameworks with robust exception handling, logging, and audit controls.
• Implement integrations with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms.
• Participate in Agentic Process Automation implementation, integrating workflows with AI services and enterprise copilots.
• Support end-to-end delivery including requirements analysis, SIT, UAT, production deployment, and hypercare troubleshooting.

Required Skills

• 3-8 years overall IT experience with minimum 2 years hands-on Automation Anywhere A360.
• Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and SQL (MySQL).
• Experience with API integration, JSON, XML, and data processing.
• Knowledge of UiPath and Automation Anywhere as secondary RPA tools.
• Understanding of Agentic AI and intelligent document processing (OCR).
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control.

Preferred Skills

• IQ Bot, Document Automation, and Bot Insight experience.
• Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional certification.
• Exposure to Generative AI concepts and .NET or Java programming.
