You will lead the development and delivery of robotic automation solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in developing Robotic Automation solutions.
• Work independently to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Drive technical decisions and solution architecture for automation initiatives.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in software development or automation.
• Experience developing Robotic Automation solutions using Pega Robotics, OpenSpan, Automation Anywhere, or UiPath.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or an IT-related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead a team and manage project deliverables.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for robotic process automation.
