Description
You will manage the deployment, programming, and troubleshooting of industrial robotic systems.
Responsibilities
- Write robot software, load programs, and configure I/O.
- Perform robotic path teaching and configure Cartesian coordinate systems for EOAT and work objects.
- Execute installation, start-up, and production support while debugging systems.
- Set up robot communication protocols and vision systems.
- Provide technical support to the team.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience working with robotics.
- Advanced programming proficiency in at least two of the following: Fanuc, ABB, or Kuka.
- Hands-on experience with DeviceNet, Profibus, ProfiNet, or Ethernet IP.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and pneumatic prints.
- Strong electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Expertise in robotic path teaching and frame/work object configuration.
- Basic to intermediate programming skills in Visual Basic, C, or C++.
- Willingness to travel up to 75%.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Vision System setup and training.
- Troubleshooting experience with PLC programs.
