Description

You will manage the deployment, programming, and troubleshooting of industrial robotic systems.

Responsibilities

• Write robot software, load programs, and configure I/O.
• Perform robotic path teaching and configure Cartesian coordinate systems for EOAT and work objects.
• Execute installation, start-up, and production support while debugging systems.
• Set up robot communication protocols and vision systems.
• Provide technical support to the team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with robotics.
• Advanced programming proficiency in at least two of the following: Fanuc, ABB, or Kuka.
• Hands-on experience with DeviceNet, Profibus, ProfiNet, or Ethernet IP.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and pneumatic prints.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Expertise in robotic path teaching and frame/work object configuration.
• Basic to intermediate programming skills in Visual Basic, C, or C++.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Vision System setup and training.
• Troubleshooting experience with PLC programs.
