Description

You will deploy, operate, and validate robotic systems in controlled and real-world environments while collecting critical performance data.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and operate mobile robots and research equipment following strict safety protocols.
• Gather and document data on system accuracy, reliability, failures, and deviations.
• Set up, dismantle, and assemble testing facilities, workstations, and infrastructure.
• Manage logistics for safety equipment, research materials, and robot crates including shipping.
• Collaborate with Research Operations Engineers and cross-functional teams to optimize testing processes.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in a technician or technical operations role, or 4+ years of equivalent experience.
• Proficiency using Linux-based software and operating systems via command line interface.
• Experience with Google Suite and project management tools including Asana, Jira, and Confluence.
• Strong technical writing and organizational skills for documenting test results.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, including domestic and international trips.
• Commitment to a safety-first approach during deployment activities.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in robotics, autonomous driving, or R&D environments.
• Familiarity with robotic sensors, mechanical components, and circuits.
