ROM Vendor Management

Manage vendor relationships and procurement operations for technical resource requirements in the IT services industry.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams to identify customer demand and create resource projections.
• Manage the end-to-end vendor lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, background verification, and onboarding.
• Negotiate contract terms, conditions, and rates with empaneled vendors.
• Execute procurement operations including purchase orders, invoicing, and payments.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and produce reports for stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in vendor management and procurement operations within the IT services industry.
• Strong understanding of the India IT Services Market.
• Experience in contract management and rate negotiation.
• Familiarity with BI, Data Governance, Data Engineering, Advanced Analytics, and AI/ML domains.
• Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.
