Description
You will design and define technical architecture for scalable Ruby on Rails platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design technical architecture for scalable RoR-based platforms and provide leadership across web and mobile initiatives.
- Lead the development and optimization of RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to align technical decisions with business objectives.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor engineering teams.
- Ensure application security, performance tuning, and DevOps readiness.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience with strong architectural expertise in Ruby on Rails.
- Deep understanding of OOP, MVC frameworks, and API design patterns.
- Proficiency with React.js.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and Elasticsearch.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Strong grasp of performance optimization and security standards.
- Experience with automated testing.
- Ability to evaluate emerging technologies and contribute to technical roadmaps.
