Description

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Automation, or RPA.
• Experience with UiPath, Power Automate, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or similar RPA platforms.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience creating process maps and workflow documentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar work management tools.
• Familiarity with SQL and data analysis.
• Exposure to AI-enabled automation solutions and intelligent document processing.
• Experience within transportation, logistics, supply chain, or freight brokerage environments
