Description

You will architect and design end-to-end automation solutions using Automation Anywhere.

Responsibilities

• Define automation strategy, standards, and reusable automation components.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
• Lead and guide technical teams in bot development, deployment, and maintenance.
• Integrate RPA solutions with enterprise systems and emerging technologies.
• Perform code reviews, optimize performance, and resolve technical issues.

Required Skills

• 10-13 years of total IT experience with strong exposure to automation and RPA technologies.
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Automation Anywhere (A360 preferred).
• Proven experience designing and architecting large-scale enterprise-grade RPA solutions.
• Strong background in solution design, process assessment, and feasibility analysis.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps.
• Expertise in integrating RPA with REST API and SOAP.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and defining automation best practices.
• Strong understanding of security, governance, and compliance in automation.
