Description

Architect and design end-to-end automation solutions using Automation Anywhere for enterprise-grade scale.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define automation strategy, standards, and reusable components.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and perform feasibility analysis.
• Lead technical teams in bot development, deployment, and maintenance.
• Integrate RPA solutions with enterprise systems, REST APIs, and SOAP services.
• Perform code reviews, optimize performance, and resolve technical issues.

Required Skills

• 10-13 years of total IT experience with strong exposure to RPA technologies.
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Automation Anywhere (A360 preferred).
• Proven experience designing and architecting large-scale enterprise RPA solutions.
• Strong background in solution design and process assessment.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps.
• Expertise in integrating RPA with REST API and SOAP.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and defining automation best practices.
• Strong understanding of security, governance, and compliance in automation.
