Description

You will design, develop, and implement scalable RPA solutions across the full automation lifecycle.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation initiatives from requirement gathering through deployment and maintenance.
• Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to identify and validate automation opportunities.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including PDDs and SDDs.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain existing bots and workflows.
• Integrate RPA bots with APIs, databases, and AI/ML tools.

Required Skills

• 6–10 years of total experience with strong hands-on RPA expertise.
• Proficiency in Automation Anywhere.
• Experience integrating with APIs and Databases.
• Familiarity with UiPath and Blue Prism.
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Understanding of process optimization and automation governance.

Preferred Skills

• Mentor junior RPA developers and ensure adherence to best practices.
