Description

Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of RPA solutions to automate healthcare operations using Blue Prism.

Responsibilities

• Design technical architectures and roadmaps to meet future analytic goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define requirements.
• Integrate RPA systems with existing .NET and C# applications and enterprise systems.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and code reviews for RPA developers and junior architects.
• Ensure RPA solutions are scalable, maintainable, and compliant with healthcare regulations and security standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of programming experience in .NET and C#.
• 5+ years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise architecture, or solutions architecture.
• 5+ years of experience working within the healthcare industry.
• Expertise in Blue Prism and RPA implementation.
• Experience defining new architectures and driving independent projects from an architectural standpoint.
• Experience managing the complete project life cycle for development and maintenance projects.
• Proficiency in software development using agile methodologies.
• Proven track record in technical leadership roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Blue Prism ROM Architect Certification.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience managing globally distributed or offshore teams.
