Description

Lead the technical architecture for the UiPath platform rollout, defining implementation strategy and driving organizational adoption.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect the UiPath platform implementation and define technical standards for the organization.
• Collaborate with development teams and project managers to drive successful deployment of automation solutions.
• Partner with process subject matter experts to document current state requirements through interviews and observations.
• Support the development team to ensure automation solutions meet quality and performance goals.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience with object-oriented programming languages including C#, C++, VB, Python, or Java.
• Direct, hands-on experience working with UiPath.
• Profound understanding of RPA development methodology.
• Experience working within an RPA Center of Excellence (CoE).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to build internal and external professional relationships.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
