Description

You will own the technical design, infrastructure setup, and development direction for RPA solutions across multiple vendor platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end, scalable, and reusable RPA solutions that follow established best practices.
• Direct the development and deployment of RPA bots while providing technical guidance to project teams.
• Author Solution Design Documents (SDD) to provide guided documentation for identified automated processes.
• Set up RPA administration functions and infrastructure to support designed solutions.
• Perform code reviews and define rules for troubleshooting and debugging.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in RPA solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Expertise in Automation Anywhere, UiPath, and Microsoft Power Platform/Power Automate.
• Hands-on experience with RPA administration and infrastructure setup.
• Proficiency in Cloud, Integration, IoT, Mobile, Analytics, and Automation technologies.
• Strong understanding of the RPA development lifecycle and business process mapping.
• Ability to contribute to technical artifacts including standards, guidelines, and accelerators.
• Experience in tool evaluation and ISV engagement.

Preferred Skills

• Partner with business analysts and practice leaders to translate client imperatives into technical automation requirements.
• Any Graduate degree.
