Description

You will design and implement end-to-end automation solutions to drive process efficiency.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end RPA solutions, including bot workflows, system integrations, and exception handling.
• Partner with business units to assess processes, identify automation opportunities, and gather requirements.
• Develop scalable automation frameworks and establish governance models like an RPA Center of Excellence.
• Oversee testing phases including unit, integration, and UAT, then manage bot deployment and monitoring.
• Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and vendors to align automation with strategic goals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in automation, with 2–3 years specifically in RPA design and implementation.
• Proficiency with RPA platforms such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere.
• Strong knowledge of Python.
• Expertise in process mapping and optimization using BPMN, Lean, or Six Sigma.
• Ability to analyze complex workflows and design efficient automation architectures.
• Experience ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts for intelligent automation.
