You will design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using RPA technologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements gathering to identify AS-IS processes and automation opportunities.
• Define, develop, and deploy automation solutions to address business needs.
• Document AS-IS processes and translate them into functional automation requirements.
• Manage end-to-end automation projects using established methodologies.
• Work within Scrum and Agile development methodologies to deliver on competing priorities.

Required Skills

• 1+ years of experience with Cognitive and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies.
• Experience with Automation Anywhere.
• Knowledge of the full SDLC lifecycle.
• 1+ years of Information Technology or automation project management experience.
• Experience with Solution Definition and Client Management.
• Proficiency in Robotic Process Automation.
• Experience working in Scrum or Agile environments.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience in Java or .NET development.
• Experience with test-driven development and automated testing frameworks.
• Experience managing complex Cognitive and Robotic Process Automation.
