Description

Lead the identification and prioritization of automation opportunities to align technical solutions with business strategies. You will manage the end-to-end discovery lifecycle for robotic process automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead business process review workshops to document pain points and identify RPA automation opportunities.
• Manage the automation use case pipeline to ensure continuous identification and prioritization of high-value tasks.
• Partner with senior business leaders to translate complex needs into technical requirements and drive buy vs. build decisions.
• Oversee project phases from definition to configuration to ensure adherence to CoE governance and benefit realization.
• Mentor junior business analysts and advise colleagues on automation software lifecycle best practices.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience within the financial services industry.
• Proven experience with RPA, Blue Prism, or Artificial Intelligence technologies.
• Strong background in project management and business process analysis.
• Expertise in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Ability to present technical information to stakeholders to gain buy-in and establish rapport.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills for framing complex business problems.
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Communications, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of experience with Blue Prism or Power Automate.
• 3+ years of project or program management experience using Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Agile certifications such as CSM, CSPO, or SAFe.
