Description

You will design, build, and integrate automation solutions using RPA platforms and Azure AI or Google Vertex AI to support enterprise initiatives.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, test, and deploy automation solutions that align with business needs.
• Perform root cause analysis, debugging, and issue resolution to meet established SLAs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and integrate solutions with existing systems via REST APIs.
• Ensure compliance with Center of Excellence (CoE) standards, security practices, and change management.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and participate in Agile teams to deliver iterative improvements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in automation and system integration.
• Hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere (A360) RPA platform.
• Familiarity with Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) tools such as ABBYY or equivalent OCR technologies.
• Strong understanding of system integration concepts, including REST APIs, JSON/XML, authentication, and error handling.
• Experience with process simulations, solution development, or business analysis.
• Ability to design and implement automation using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate.
• Familiarity with cloud architectures and AI/ML service consumption patterns.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating with Azure AI services and/or Google Vertex AI.
• Knowledge of banking or financial services industry workflows.
