Description

You own the production support and operational stability of RPA automations, ensuring high availability and rapid incident resolution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production automations and identify failures or performance bottlenecks during peak hours.
• Troubleshoot automation incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement bug fixes or minor code changes.
• Manage incident and SLA tracking, communicating resolution progress to business users.
• Coordinate with build teams during handovers and handle ad hoc requests like schedule modifications.
• Maintain automation repositories, logs, and documentation while reporting on KPIs and operational metrics.

Required Skills

• 4–7 years of experience in RPA production support, application support, or automation operations.
• Hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere development and production support.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for automation failures and production incidents.
• Experience with automation monitoring tools and incident management processes.
• Knowledge of code deployment, version management, and support documentation.
• Ability to manage SLAs and report on automation performance metrics.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to UiPath and Blue Prism platforms.
• Experience coordinating with infrastructure teams for VM provisioning and operational readiness.
