Description

You will define and own the RPA architecture strategy, standards, and governance for Blue Prism implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end automation solutions ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Lead solution design workshops and create detailed architecture and design documents.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, process SMEs, and development teams to identify automation opportunities.
• Integrate RPA solutions with enterprise applications, databases, APIs, and third-party tools.
• Define and implement monitoring, logging, and exception handling frameworks.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT architecture or development.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Blue Prism design, development, and administration.
• Experience with solution architecture, including integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Databases, Web Services).
• Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as C#, .NET, Java, Python, or VBScript.
• Solid understanding of RPA infrastructure, including control room, queue management, scheduling, and security.
• Experience with process discovery, optimization, and the automation lifecycle.
• Knowledge of enterprise IT environments and virtualization.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with AI/ML and intelligent automation capabilities.
