Description

You bridge business requirements and low-code automation implementation as a hybrid Business Analyst and developer.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead interviews and workshops with subject matter experts to define and design automation solutions.
• Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities, re-engineer workflows, and define RPA value propositions.
• Create and finalize lifecycle deliverables, including requirements specifications and solution design documents.
• Direct offshore developers on the development and implementation of RPA solutions.
• Coordinate sign-off approvals from business and technical staff to certify milestone deliverables and deployment phases.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in operations support or process management within asset management or financial services.
• Hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere or Xceptor.
• Experience with requirements gathering specifically related to RPA processing.
• Practical coding experience to support low-code tool development.
• Extensive experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to design technical architecture for business processes.
• Proven ability to deliver presentations and training to both technical and non-technical senior management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Blue Prism or UiPath.
