Description

You will bridge business needs and technical automation, owning the end-to-end lifecycle of RPA solutions from discovery to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements, process maps, user stories, and acceptance criteria for automation initiatives.
• Analyze existing workflows to identify automation opportunities, assess feasibility, and estimate ROI.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for UiPath-based solutions in collaboration with developers and architects.
• Configure UiPath workflows, including screen scraping, data manipulation, and API integrations.
• Develop test plans, execute validations, and facilitate change management and user training.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, specifically in process automation and RPA.
• Proficiency in UiPath Studio, including process mapping, workflow design, and automation configuration.
• Experience with RPA implementation methodologies covering process assessment, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Knowledge of establishing RPA Governance processes, including intake, assessment, and use case identification.
• Strong analytical skills to understand complex business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience creating comprehensive documentation such as functional specifications and user manuals.
