Description

You will analyze business processes, design automation solutions, and oversee the implementation of RPA bots using UiPath.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing business processes to identify automation opportunities and document current pain points.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed business requirements and define the RPA value proposition.
• Design automated workflows and create Process Design Documents (PDDs) that meet business needs.
• Work closely with RPA developers to ensure successful implementation, providing technical guidance and conducting code reviews.
• Validate automation outcomes against business goals and facilitate change management during rollout.

Required Skills

• 4-8 years of hands-on experience in RPA, specifically with the UiPath tool.
• Proven experience designing, developing, and deploying multiple bots.
• Ability to produce at least 10 Process Design Documents (PDDs).
• Strong skills in process mapping, creating "as-is" and "to-be" diagrams.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, solution design, and test procedure documentation.
• Experience supporting Operational Teams during UAT and rollout phases.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business.
• RPA professional certifications are preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience acting as the sole RPA modeler/developer on projects.
• Ability to define interfaces, data, and infrastructure for process automation.
