Description

You will drive the analysis, documentation, and execution of automation solutions using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies.

Responsibilities

• Apply Agile methodologies, including writing user stories, managing scrum calls, and prioritizing the backlog.
• Elicit, document, and analyze functional and non-functional requirements in the form of epics, stories, wireframes, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
• Develop use cases and process flows, ensuring all documentation aligns with organizational standards.
• Facilitate backlog grooming, supporting the Product Owner in prioritizing and selecting scope for upcoming releases and sprints.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Users, and Technical Teams to define and elaborate user stories, ensuring clarity, completeness, and adherence to the team’s “Definition of Ready.”

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT or Business Analysis, with expertise in researching, testing, documenting, and maintaining applications.
• Proven experience working with Agile teams in a collaborative environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving business needs.
• Experience with RPA or process automation projects is a significant plus.
• Experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.).

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of SQL, APIs, and system integrations.
• Familiarity with testing methodologies and working alongside QA teams.
