Description

You will lead the discovery, mapping, and analysis of processes to identify automation opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process discovery, mapping, and analysis using Document Understanding or Task Mining tools.
• Elicit, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements into artifacts like user stories and PDDs.
• Perform complexity assessment, ROI analysis, and feasibility studies for automation candidates.
• Work with RPA developers to translate process logic into viable automation solutions.
• Act as a liaison between business, IT, and RPA teams to manage change and risks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business process analysis, process improvement, or operations roles with automation exposure.
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Document Understanding and UiPath Task Mining, utilizing AI for process documentation.
• Proven ability to lead discovery workshops and map complex processes to find scalable automation opportunities.
• Solid understanding of business process modeling techniques.
• Experience utilizing UiPath and AI in automation contexts.
• Proficiency in Business Process Analysis and Process Improvement methodologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to bridge technical and business groups.
