Description

You will lead process discovery, mapping, and analysis to identify and validate automation opportunities. This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process discovery, mapping, and analysis using Document Understanding or Task Mining tools.
• Elicit, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements into user stories and Process Definition Documents (PDDs).
• Perform complexity assessments, ROI analysis, and feasibility studies for automation candidates.
• Collaborate with RPA developers to translate process logic into viable automation solutions.
• Act as the liaison between business, IT, and RPA teams to manage change and risks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business process analysis, process improvement, or operations roles with automation exposure.
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Document Understanding and UiPath Task Mining.
• Proficiency in utilizing AI for process documentation and automation contexts.
• Proven ability to lead discovery workshops and map complex processes for scalable automation.
• Solid understanding of business process modeling techniques and methodologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to bridge technical and business groups.
