Description

You will partner with stakeholders to define and drive automation initiatives across retail and manufacturing processes.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess automation opportunities to prioritize pipelines.
• Conduct process discovery, feasibility studies, and ROI analysis.
• Create and maintain Process Design Documents (PDDs) and support Solution Design Documents (SDDs).
• Act as the primary liaison between business users and RPA developers for requirement translation.
• Monitor automation performance metrics and recommend enhancements.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• Minimum 2 years in RPA roles.
• Strong knowledge of UiPath and Automation Anywhere.
• Proven experience documenting business processes and creating PDDs.
• Familiarity with retail and manufacturing operations and automation use cases.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
