You will lead the identification and evaluation of automation opportunities within the enterprise.
Responsibilities
- Execute requirement elicitation techniques to define automation scope.
- Develop Process Definition Documents (PDD) capturing granular as-is processes and non-functional requirements.
- Perform cost-benefit analysis and derive ROI for potential automation implementations.
- Create business cases and prioritization scorecards to guide automation strategy.
- Apply T-shirt sizing to processes to derive high-level implementation estimates and costs.
- Drive process improvement and reuse initiatives at the task, process, and enterprise levels.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in business analysis or process optimization.
- Proficiency in requirement elicitation techniques.
- Experience developing detailed PDD documentation.
- Ability to conduct formal cost-benefit and ROI analysis.
- Skill in creating business cases for automation implementation.
- Experience with process scoring and high-level estimation using T-shirt sizing.
- Background in enterprise-level process improvement and reuse.
- Any graduate degree.
