Description

You will bridge business needs and technical execution for RPA implementation projects.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and propose RPA strategies.
• Translate business requirements and functional designs into actionable user stories for developers.
• Create detailed requirements documentation and process design specifications.
• Collaborate with development teams to clarify requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead business conversations and manage project teams through to final delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or process design.
• Hands-on experience with RPA tools and implementation.
• Strong proficiency in Agile methodology.
• Ability to write clear, technical user stories and documentation.
• Logical and critical thinking skills to identify hidden process opportunities.
• Proven leadership skills for managing stakeholder conversations and project delivery.
• Strong professional communication skills.
• Strategic planning capabilities.
