Description

You will own the analysis and design of automation opportunities using RPA methodologies.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process discovery, mapping, and analysis using Document Understanding or Task Mining to identify automation opportunities.
• Elicit, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements into user stories and process maps.
• Perform complexity assessment, ROI analysis, and feasibility studies for automation candidates.
• Translate process logic into viable automation solutions with RPA developers and support UAT and go-live.
• Manage change and stakeholder communication as the liaison between business, IT, and RPA teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years in business process analysis, process improvement, or operations with automation exposure.
• 2–3 years hands-on experience with Document Understanding and UiPath Task Mining/Capture, leveraging AI in process documentation.
• Proven track record leading discovery workshops and mapping complex processes to identify scalable automation opportunities.
• Solid understanding of business process modeling techniques.
• Experience using UiPath.
• Familiarity with KPIs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
