You will manage the intake and approval process for RPA licenses, service accounts, and deployment change tickets.
Responsibilities
Review and approve RPA deployment change tickets within ServiceNow, handling an average volume of 135 tickets monthly.
Verify that all change tickets contain required documentation, including UAT sign-off, file/script/configuration inventories, and Solution Design Documents (SDD).
Validate that every ticket includes comprehensive installation, validation, and rollback plans.
Collaborate with Scrum masters, developers, and RPA user groups to resolve documentation gaps or technical issues in change requests.
Required Skills
5+ years of professional experience in a relevant role.
Experience managing change tickets and workflows within ServiceNow.
Proficiency with RPA platforms.
Knowledge of Power Apps and Power BI.
Experience reviewing Solution Design Documents (SDD) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) protocols.
Ability to manage technical documentation for scripts, configurations, and deployment plans.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
