Description

You will design and implement Robotic Process Automation solutions to automate business operations in Accounting and Finance departments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end automation lifecycle, from initial process assessment through technical implementation.
• Analyze process steps and interdependencies in existing applications to determine automation feasibility.
• Design and implement end-to-end automation solutions aligned with defined business requirements.
• Conduct independent process assessments to ensure quality delivery and adherence to project timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams to successfully deliver automation projects.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience implementing software robotics or automation projects.
• Hands-on proficiency with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Proven experience in end-to-end process assessment for automation.
• Experience working within Accounting and Finance departments.
• Proficiency with data analytics tools and reporting.
• Knowledge of project management and planning fundamentals.
• Experience working with Agile delivery methods.
• Strong client communication skills and ability to work independently.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Blue Prism or Automation Anywhere (if primary tool is UiPath).
