You will design, develop, and deploy automated processes to drive business efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement RPA solutions by translating business requirements into technical approaches.
• Deploy RPA components including bots, robots, development tools, code repositories, and logging tools.
• Develop and maintain processes, procedures, and templates for knowledge management.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners using Agile and DevOps principles.
• Manage disaster recovery and business continuity planning documentation to meet compliance standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in RPA development using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Work Fusion.
• Strong proficiency in Python or Java.
• Extensive experience with SQL database design, writing queries, stored procedures, and user-defined functions.
• Proven experience developing and consuming APIs.
• Hands-on experience with OCR engines and PDF automation.
• Expertise in process analysis, design, implementation, and system testing including UAT and bug fixes.
• Experience developing unit test cases.
• Strong analytical and complex troubleshooting skills.
