You will own the day-to-day operations, monitoring, and maintenance of Blue Prism and Power Platform environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the Blue Prism Control Room, queue health, and Power Platform flow runs for optimal performance.
• Perform first-line triage and root-cause analysis of bot failures, application errors, and connector status.
• Execute low-complexity configuration changes, including credential updates and minor workflow adjustments in Power Platform.
• Maintain shift-handover logs and proactively escalate exceptions or degraded performance.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of related experience in technology, preferably within the financial services industry.
• Hands-on experience as an RPA Controller using Blue Prism or UiPath.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language: C#, Java, Excel VBA, or Python.
• Ability to translate business process workflow diagrams into automated solutions.
• Strong understanding of Agile development and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
