Description

You will bridge business stakeholders and technical RPA teams to drive automation initiatives. You own the end-to-end requirements lifecycle, from discovery to solution design.

Responsibilities

• Generate business requirements documentation accessible to both business users and technical design teams.
• Identify project scope, benefits, restrictions, and risks while documenting current manual operations.
• Develop detailed end-to-end process understandings and business cases, including ROI assessments.
• Facilitate requirements-gathering workshops and create process maps, flowcharts, and diagrams for current and future states.
• Collaborate with RPA teams to support solution designs for production challenges and enhancements.

Required Skills

• 5 to 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• At least 3 years of experience specifically as a Business Analyst on RPA projects.
• Proficiency in creating process maps, flowcharts, and visual diagrams.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall software development methodologies.
• Ability to manage the delivery of software development projects in a structured environment.
• Experience in both architecture and implementation-level software design.
• Strong capability in requirements analysis and formulating specifications for impacted systems.
