We are seeking an experienced RPA Controller to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our Robotic Process Automation (RPA) environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring bot performance, scheduling and maintaining automation processes, resolving production issues, coordinating with development and business teams, and ensuring adherence to operational SLAs. Experience with enterprise RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the production RPA environment.
• Schedule, execute, and maintain automated bot processes.
• Ensure bots operate within defined SLAs and KPIs.
• Monitor bot health, identify failures, and perform root cause analysis.
• Coordinate with RPA developers and infrastructure teams to resolve production issues.
• Manage bot deployments, releases, and version control.
• Handle incident, problem, and change management activities.
• Monitor bot utilization and recommend optimization opportunities.
• Prepare operational dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.
• Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning for RPA operations.
• Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and SOPs.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and audit requirements.
• Participate in on-call or weekend support as required.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT experience with at least 2 years in RPA operations or production support.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major RPA platform:
  • UiPath
  • Automation Anywhere
  • Blue Prism
• Experience monitoring bot queues, schedules, logs, and execution status.
• Knowledge of production support processes and ITIL practices.
• Experience with incident, problem, and change management.
• Understanding of Windows Server environments and basic networking.
• Working knowledge of SQL databases.
• Familiarity with PowerShell or scripting is an advantage.
• Experience using ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Jira
