Description

You will oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production RPA environments, bot health, queues, logs, and execution status to ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
• Schedule, execute, and maintain automated bot processes, handling deployments, releases, and version control.
• Perform root cause analysis on bot failures and coordinate with RPA developers and infrastructure teams to resolve production issues.
• Manage incident, problem, and change management activities, maintaining operational documentation, runbooks, and SOPs.
• Prepare operational dashboards and performance metrics, supporting disaster recovery and business continuity planning.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT experience, with at least 2 years in RPA operations or production support.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major enterprise RPA platform: UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Knowledge of ITIL practices, including incident, problem, and change management workflows.
• Experience using ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Jira for tracking and resolution.
• Understanding of Windows Server environments, basic networking, and SQL databases.
• Familiarity with PowerShell or scripting for automation and troubleshooting.
• Ability to manage on-call or weekend support as required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with bot utilization monitoring and recommending optimization opportunities.
• Knowledge of security, governance, and audit compliance requirements for RPA operations.
