You will oversee the design and implementation of RPA solutions using the selected RPA (UiPath) platform.

Responsibilities

• Manage onshore and offshore business analysts, developers, and support analysts while remaining hands-on to resolve technical roadblocks during solution delivery.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet specifications with high quality, on time, and within budget.
• Oversee SDLC processes for development and manage status and communication within the team and with customers in an Agile environment.
• Participate in process improvement reviews to identify automation opportunities that drive business benefits and efficiencies.
• Break down and analyze existing business processes with SMEs to assess feasibility and redesign them for RPA support.

Required Skills

• 2-3 years of experience with RPA platforms/technology/tool capabilities such as UiPath delivery.
• Knowledge and experience in process engineering/re-engineering to drive business and operations automation.
• Experience conceptualizing and developing use cases, including POC, POV, POT, and production deployments.
• 8 to 10 years of managing technical delivery projects (.NET, Java etc.).
• Leadership experience managing technical delivery teams of 20 to 50 people, including offshore development resources.
• Strong technical project management and change management experience.
• Experience authoring and maintaining requirements and solutions design documentation (RDD & SDD).
• Proficiency in .net, Java, Vb, C#/c, Html/css, Python, Web Services.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience with designing software solutions, participating in RFPs, SOWs, and pre-sales presentations.
• Successful leadership of a large RPA implementation program.
