Description

You will oversee the design, implementation, and delivery of RPA solutions using UiPath.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage onshore and offshore teams of business analysts, developers, and support analysts.
• Remain hands-on to resolve technical roadblocks during solution delivery.
• Ensure solutions meet specifications with high quality, on time, and within budget.
• Oversee SDLC processes and manage communication within the team and with customers in an Agile environment.
• Analyze existing business processes with SMEs to assess feasibility and redesign them for RPA support.

Required Skills

• 2-3 years of experience with RPA platforms, specifically UiPath.
• 8 to 10 years of experience managing technical delivery projects (.NET, Java, etc.).
• Leadership experience managing technical delivery teams of 20 to 50 people, including offshore resources.
• Strong technical project management and change management experience.
• Proficiency in .NET, Java, VB, C#, HTML/CSS, Python, and Web Services.
• Experience in process engineering/re-engineering to drive automation.
• Experience conceptualizing and developing use cases, including POC, POV, POT, and production deployments.
• Proficiency in authoring and maintaining requirements and solutions design documentation (RDD & SDD).

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience with designing software solutions, participating in RFPs, SOWs, and pre-sales presentations.
• Successful leadership of a large RPA implementation program.
