You will develop and support automation solutions using RPA platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation workflows using Fortra Automate.
• Build and maintain scripts and macros (e.g., Excel VBA, PowerShell) to automate repetitive tasks.
• Monitor and support production workflows, troubleshooting and resolving issues in complex processes.
• Provide after-hours support for critical production systems as part of an on-call rotation.
• Document automation processes, support procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in RPA development or other automation tools, preferably with Fortra Automate.
• 5+ years of programming experience, including Python, PowerShell, and VBScript.
• Proficiency in HTML and Excel Macros/VBA.
• Experience automating multiple processes across business functions.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot large-scale workflows and resolve complex issues.
• Basic understanding of networking, Windows infrastructure, and server environments.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Willingness to provide after-hours production support.
