You will design, develop, and maintain automation workflows to support business operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build automation workflows using Fortra Automate.
• Develop scripts and macros in Excel VBA, PowerShell, and VBScript to automate repetitive tasks.
• Monitor production workflows, troubleshoot complex issues, and resolve errors.
• Document automation processes, support procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Provide after-hours on-call support for critical production systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of programming experience with Python, PowerShell, and VBScript.
• 4+ years of experience in RPA development, preferably with Fortra Automate.
• Proficiency in HTML and Excel Macros/VBA.
• Experience automating multiple processes across various business functions.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve large-scale workflow issues.
• Basic understanding of networking, Windows infrastructure, and server environments.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
