Description

You will develop and modify complex application programs and detailed specifications under limited supervision. You own the full application development lifecycle, from analysis and design to coding, debugging, and testing.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and design technical specifications aligned with business requirements and company standards.
• Coding, debugging, and testing all phases of application development.
• Collaborate with system architects, vendors, and business partners to implement solutions.
• Support the installation and implementation of computer programs and systems.
• Review performance indicators to develop and implement technical improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in computer programming and application development.
• Strong proficiency in .NET or C#.
• Hands-on experience in analysis, design, coding, debugging, and testing.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet technical completion dates.
• Produce technical documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with software installation and system implementation.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, electronics, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to identify and implement key opportunities while researching potential solutions.
• Experience providing training and mentoring to other technical staff.
