Lead support for robotic process automation workflows and manage a team in Atlanta, GA.

Lead a support team to maintain and troubleshoot automation processes. Manage job scheduling for robotic process automation tools. Provide operational support for Blue Prism environments. Apply SDLC and Agile development processes to automation workflows. Troubleshoot technical issues within the automation ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Lead a support team to maintain and troubleshoot automation processes.
• Manage job scheduling for robotic process automation tools.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of operational support experience, ideally in technology or financial services.
• Proven experience leading a support team or meeting leadership qualifications.
• Hands-on experience with Blue Prism.
• Experience with RPA tools such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere.
• Proficiency in job scheduling.
• Strong troubleshooting aptitude.
• Experience working within Agile and SDLC frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• Proficiency in REST, SQL, SOAP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
