Description

You will design, develop, and implement Robotic Process Automation solutions to automate business processes and improve existing systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop RPA solutions using UiPath to meet stakeholder requirements.
• Analyze business processes to determine automation feasibility and create technical documentation.
• Test and debug RPA workflows to ensure performance and compliance with specifications.
• Manage the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of existing automations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical support throughout the development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in RPA development with a track record of project delivery.
• 3 years of hands-on experience with UiPath.
• Proficiency in programming languages including C#, .NET, or Python.
• Experience with SDLC processes.
• Associate’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field, or 2 years of application development experience in lieu of a degree.

Preferred Skills

• 3 years of experience in Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD).
• 3 years of experience using Azure DevOps or similar software release tools.
• 3 years of experience with code refactoring and code improvement.
