Description

You will design, develop, and implement Robotic Process Automation solutions to automate business processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes to assess automation feasibility and document technical requirements.
• Build, test, and debug RPA workflows to meet performance and compliance specifications.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain automation solutions to ensure ongoing reliability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical support.
• Refactor code for maintainability and participate in project planning and systems integration.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of RPA development experience with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Hands-on experience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Proficiency in programming languages including C#, .NET, or Python.
• Experience using Azure DevOps for project configuration and software release.
• Strong understanding of SDLC processes.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD).
• Previous experience working with state clients.
